By using the Website or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

M-TECH PRODUCT CO., LTD. is a manufacturer of food and bakery packaging based at Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate, 64/91, 64/92, 64/93 Moo 4, Tambon Pluakdaeng, Amphur Pluakdaeng, Rayong 21140, Thailand.

2. Products and Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions, materials, and images on the Website are accurate. However, actual products may vary slightly from photos or descriptions (for example, due to production batch, lighting, or minor specification updates). We reserve the right to modify product specifications at any time without prior notice.

3. Ordering Process

Submitting an order through the Website is a request to purchase, not a confirmed or binding sale. After you submit an order, our sales team will review it and contact you by phone or email to confirm final pricing, available quantity, packing details, and delivery timeline.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, or adjust any order request at our discretion — for example, if a product is out of stock, if the requested quantity requires a custom production run, or if we are unable to verify the order details provided.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on the Website are in Thai Baht (THB) and are indicative until confirmed by our sales team, as pricing may vary based on order quantity, packing format (piece/box/pack), and prevailing raw material costs. Bulk or wholesale pricing may be available on request. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on the Website.

5. Payment Terms

We currently accept payment by bank transfer only. Bank account details will be provided by our sales team once your order is confirmed. Please include your order number as a payment reference and send proof of payment to our sales team so we can process your order promptly. Goods are reserved for production/dispatch only after payment has been confirmed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines communicated by our team are estimates only and may vary due to production schedules, order volume, or logistics conditions outside our control. Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon dispatch from our facility. It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address.

7. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Order requests may be cancelled or amended free of charge before payment and production have been confirmed. Because many of our products are manufactured or packed to order, cancellations after production has started may not be possible, or may be subject to a cancellation charge covering materials and labor already committed.

If you receive products that are defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from what was confirmed, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and arrange a replacement, credit, or refund as appropriate.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including text, product photos, graphics, logos, and layout — is the property of M-TECH PRODUCT CO., LTD. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, M-TECH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website or from delays, errors, or omissions in order processing. Our total liability for any order shall not exceed the total amount paid for that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
